职位描述及要求
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Two-year program with 4-6 projects/rotations (depending on the discipline)
• Formal orientation/induction program, possibly tailored for the graduate, with the emphasis on meeting key people in the business.
• Assignment of a mentor to each graduate
• Monthly graduate network meeting – facilitated by HR
• Performance Development Program – 6 monthly reviews, supported by informal ongoing reviews with key manager(s).
• 6 months one to one with General Manager.
• 12-months project and learning presentation to CSM.
