Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Support Customer Service Manager to process day-to-day client orders
2.To check if the candidate's documents are complete and complete case creation timely and accurately
3.Solve the queries from clients
4.Complete the other tasks assigned by Supervisor
Qualification:
1.Earnestness, carefulness, strong sense of responsibility
2.Can work overtime. Living near company is much better
3.Organized. Able to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering data
4.Fluent in written English
5.Satisfactory interpersonal and communication skills
6.bachelor degree or above
岗位职责:
1.配合客户经理处理客户日常订单
2.检查客户档案完成情况,准时准确建立订单
3.解决客户疑问
4.完成其它指派任务

2.可以加班
3.思维清楚,能够高度准确地进行数据收集和录入
4.书面英语流利
5.具有良好的沟通能力
6.本科及以上学历
