职位描述及要求
Main Responsibilities (Listed below but not limited to)岗位职责:
Admin Work 行政工作管理:
1. Ensure daily office supplies are steady and up to standard, e.g. stationery, drinking water etc.
确保日常办公产品供应稳定及符合标准,如文具,饮用水源等。
2. Assist Manager to supervise suppliers’service quality.
协助人事行政经理监控供应商服务质量。
3. Timely and regularly review the suppliers contract and arrange payment to the suppliers on time.
定期执行供应商往来对账与结算业务。
4. Responsible for travel ticket booking and accommodation arrangement.
Strictly implement the corporate P & P to book the hotel、car、air ticket for business trip staff.
协助差旅机票预定及住宿安排, 严格执行公司各项差旅政策
5. Answer and take messages for incoming phone calls, inform related persons.
接听电话并留言,及时告知相关人员;
6. Registration of visitors.来访接待;
7. Supervising the office cleaner, in terms of work quality. Ensure office and work station clean and tidy. Including fridge, micro waver and other office appliances. Carry on effective management to the fixed assets
监管保洁员以确保工作质量,确保办公室工作区域干净整齐,包括冰箱,微波炉及其他办公设备的清洁,并进行固定资产管理。
Human Resource人力资源管理
1. Coordinate the candidate to make an interview and relative preparation for offer and on-board .
协助安排候选人面试及入职资料的提供和整理
2. Regularly organize monthly birthday party.
定期组织月度生日会;
3. 4. Effective Training procedure control in line with training plan. Compile the monthly training report.
根据培训计划协调推进培训工作,制作月度培训报告;
4. 5. Timely input and update the E-HR system.
E-HR系统信息录入与更新。
5. Other tasks by line manager . 直线经理安排的其他工作
Requirements:职位要求
1. College diploma or above.
大专及以上学历;
2. Good written and oral English as first plus,be able to communication in English in daily life.
具备良好的英文读写能力;能用英语进行基本的日常交流;
3. Good service mind and team spirit.
良好的服务意识和团队精神;
4. Good computer skills (Excel/word/PPT).
良好的计算机水平,能熟练操作Excel, Word, PPT office办公软件。
