Handle customer and Channel Partner requests via telephone and email, in a timely manner, providing excellent technical and commercial support and adhering to departmental operating procedures.
Provide technically sound quotations and clarification to customers and Channel Partners as required by field sales team.
Familiar with SAP sales module to complete order entry correctly and implement corrective action as needed to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.
Monitor delivery status and update to customers. Chase and prepare related documents for shipments.
Liaise with external customers and finance team to ensure that payments are made and received timely
Work with other team members to ensure whole procedure compliance with applicable regulation including export compliance, proper record-keeping and internal audit controls
Collaborate with the inside sales team to provide quality customer service to both internal and external customers.
Maintain successful performance with departmental key performance indicators (KPI's)
Any other duties as required by Customer Support Manager
Experience in a Customer service role or Sales assistant role
Team player with good communication skills with both internal and external parties. In local language as well as in English (both written and verbal)
Familiar with foreign trading business and import and export knowledge
Confident in sales contract review and negotiation
A well proven track record of carrying out a similar position within a technical environment
Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. A friendly, customer-focused individual.
Well organized and analytical with great attention to detail.
Must be adaptable, professional and highly motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Ability to work individually and a member of a team
Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field preferred.
