职位描述及要求
1. 积极配合、参加市场部策划的高端渠道活动,开拓及发展机构客户和高净值个人客户,为其提供全方位财富管理服务,完成公司下达的销售目标;
Participate in market developing activities and develop high profile clients. Provide professional investment advice and achieve sales targets.
2. 主动与目标客户交流,或与主动来电、来访的潜在客戶电话沟通或网络交流,解答客户关于金融投资的各种问题,展现成熟、高效、专业、优雅的职业形象;
Keep in contact with target clients in various ways, to solve their concerns on financial service investment products, delivering a mature and professional image.
3. 研究分析机构客户和高净值个人客户财富管理需求,为公司产品设计提出建议;
Learn the clients’ wealth management needs. Provide suggestions to company products.
4. 处理客户咨询、建议及投诉,维护客户关系,管理客户资料;
Deal with clients consulting needs, suggestions and complaints. Keep record of clients profile information and maintain clients relationship.
【Qualifications】
1. 持有大学学位,有金融、管理和保险咨询行业背景优先考虑;
University degree. Priority will be given to candidates with financial service, management experience, insurance or consulting experience.
2. 熟悉金融行业营销及管理技巧,具有良好的协调和沟通能力和良好的人际关系;
Be familiar with financial service industry. Skilled at business negotiation and inter personal skills.
3. 2年以上高端行业销售经验的优先(如外资寿险、高端英语培训、高端物业销售等)
Priority will be given to candidates with over 2 years sales experience in high-end industry.
4. 团队意识强,工作承压能力高。
A team player with ability to work under pressure.
