Responsibilities
1. 协助运营经理进行公司国际性会议/展会的选址
Responsible for assisting operation manager in dealing with site selection of company’s international events and exhibitions
2. 协助运营经理与当地供应商协调
Responsible for assisting operation manager in coordinating with local vendors
3. 获取公司国际性会议/展会的当地许可以及运营执照
Acquiring local permission and license of company’s international events and exhibitions

1. 流利的中英文口语表达能力及较强的中英文文本撰写能力
Sufficient in English, strong ability of writing skills both in Chinese and English
2. 较强的谈判能力
Strong ability of negotiation skills

4. 较强的时间管理能力及目标意识
