职位描述及要求
Accountabilities
1.Provide day to day support for oversea regional frontline customer service;
为海外地区提供日常客户服务支持;
2.Ensure all transaction / activities are done within timeframe as per SOP requirements;
确保与相关部门之间沟通协作的时效性;
3.Handle logistics documents.
制作海运单证及其它相关文件,负责录入并核对审查应收应付费用。
Requirements
- College or university graduates, major in Logistics, International Economy and Trade or related disciplines;
- Basic experience and background of business knowledge trading, shipping, import or export would be preferred;
- Good written and spoken English, good understanding and communication skill;
- Detail-minded, organized, proactive, helpful, friendly and able to work under pressure and workload;
- 2019 fresh graduate is considerable.
