资深材料工程师

Location: Shanghai, Minhang or Yangpu
Organization: Gas and Power
Mode of employment: Full time only
We are looking for a lead material engineer to work with our global teams for supporting manufacturing of hot gas path parts for gas turbines and develop relevant manufacturing technologies.
What are my responsibilities?
•Leading gas turbine blades & vanes casting supplier qualification and supplier quality assurance provide engineering evaluation and solution on manufacturing deviations,
•Closely work with global turbine blades & vanes design team, participate design review and feedback manufacturability to design team.
•Leading gas turbine blades & vanes manufacturing technology research and development from local collaborating with both internal and external open innovation network e.g. institutes, universities etc.
•Leading material engineering on gas turbine components localization e.g. benchmark, test, metallurgical analysis etc.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
•Ph.D degree in mechanical, manufacturing or materials science engineering.
•More than 5 years of relevant work or research experience in manufacturing areas. Experience with gas turbine blades & vanes manufacturing is a plus.
•Advanced knowledge of materials and manufacturing technologies for hot gas path parts. Familiar with super alloy materials, investment casting, coating, welding, and laser processing etc.
•Experience with working with international teams
•Good communication skill. Good oral and written English and Chinese, good intercultural knowledge
