职位描述及要求
岗位职责
The role will support the implementation of the overall Learning Strategy, Framework, Curriculum and Target Operating Model articulated for Learning and Development GSC China. The role holder is expected to have a good understanding of the Learning Strategy, Framework and Curriculum in order to drive Learning Needs Analysis and Demand Planning effectively for GSC China.
1. Ensure the learning and development needs for GSC China are met within the prescribed timelines, budgets and operating parameters;
2. Ensure the deployment of required learning strategies and plans aligned to Group Learning Strategy and guidelines;
3. Be receptive to change and understand business needs well and be mentally and practically prepared to work beyond the existing boundaries for enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning initiatives;
4. Continually reassess the operational risks associated with the role and inherent in the business, taking account of changing economic or market conditions, legal and regulatory requirements, operating procedures and practices, management restructurings, and the impact of new technology;
5. Be achieved by ensuring all actions take account of the likelihood of operational risk occurring;
Also by addressing any areas of concern in conjunction with line management and/or the appropriate department;
6. Key stakeholders Management include center manager, HR BP, Business Head and group learning head, external vendors.
任职资格
1. Computer literate and proficient with MS applications e.g. MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Lotus Notes,Operational experience / Strong knowledge in banking and financial services will be beneficial;
2. Strong interpersonal skills and able to interact with people at all levels and Excellent written and presentation skills;
3. Excellent training delivery / facilitation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders / learners;
4. Is performance driven and results oriented & Is self-motivated with strong sense of self-discipline;
5. Willing to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs;
6. Able to adapt to evolving and changing priorities and work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
