职位描述及要求
岗位职责:
Main purpose of job
1. Responsible for the achievement of budgeted order intake within defined territory.
2. Works closely with customer support organization to ensure customer satisfaction with Malvern products and services.
3. To present and promote Malvern Panalytical in a professional manner at all times.
Responsibilities
• Manages geographic territory and ensures Malvern Panalytical is represented in all relevant purchases. Calls on necessary available resource to close business in Malvern’s favour.
• Achieve monthly and annual targets for the territory.
• Maintains sales data base for territory and develops mailing list and prospect levels.
• Maintains opportunities in CRM on a regular basis so as to provide information that can be used to produce a 3 month forecast at the end of each month. Records information on won / lost opportunities in CRM such as applications and competitors.
• Develops and maintains good level of product knowledge for Malvern range and for competition lines.
• Feeds back customer activity and market/product opportunities to Product Management.
• Conducts demonstrations, attends seminars and exhibitions. Promotes professional image of Malvern Panalytical at all times.
任职资格:
Education
Bachelor degree or equivalent standard is required with higher qualifications being desirable.
Bachelor Degree in Material Science or Chemical Engineering
Experience
More than 3 years sales experience in selling analytical instruments is required.
Knowledge
Knowledge of particle sizing, size exclusion chromatography, rheology or related technology would be an advantage but not essential.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, well organised and self motivated.
