As Market Research Supervisor, support the execution of Market and consumer understanding surveys – work out actionable insights through qualitative and quantitative methodologies to strongly support the vision and mission of Decathlon Greater China business.
Work closely with different function team including product managers, Sports
Leaders, and Retail team, communication team, etc to
Prepare proposals and study designs and estimates costs of projects, with supervision
Manage market research project with deep understanding of the sports market Customer insights, market trend and potential, product research, competitor analysis, and strategic research
Analyze study data and provides report conclusions and recommendations, with minimal supervision
Drive communication with internal clients to meet yearly project quantity & quality target.
Consult with clients regarding research designs and general research study concerns
-passionate for sport
-1-2 years of experience in marketing research or a related field
-Experience in Quantitative research better to know well about qualitative research
-Good written and verbal communication and presentation skill in both English and Chinese are essential
-Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with ability to search, integrate disparate information.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
-Knowledge of statistics, research techniques, and experimental procedures
-Knowledge of marketing research
-Knowledge of in-market data
-Demonstrate passion for market research and management consulting, and strong motivation to learn through practice
-Good interpersonal and cross-culture communication skills necessary to interact with different areas of the business
-Be positive, curious, disciplinary, detail/result-oriented and committed to promises
