1. Providing administrative support to the overseas visitors including travel arrangements and schedule coordination.
3. Leading the coordination of all the business events such as business meeting and annual party.
4. Working with office manager and HR to support with Employee Club recreation & activity arrangement.
5. Working with vendor to support SH office staff visa application.
Qualifications/Requirements
1. University degree, English, Biz Admin or related major will be plus
2. College hire or with 1-2 years relevant working experience in multinational company
3. Proficiency in both oral and written English
4. In-depth experiences in MS office
5. Event planning skills, well organized
6. Mature, adaptability and service mentality
7. Communicator and Team worker
