The Talent Acquisition Supervisor is responsible for talent acquisition internally and externally to support organization capability and business objectives; to energize organization by attracting young talents through campus and MBA recruiting programs; to build up employer brand by day to day touch base with candidates.
Primary Responsibilities/Duties
• Own some key talent acquisition indicates, such as Time To Fill, Internal Fill Rate;
• Cooperate with HRBP to select qualified candidates and present strong candidates to Hiring Managers;
• Manage talent profile and recruiting process on Taleo;
• Analyze recruiting data in a visualized way to give advices to HRBP and Hiring Managers;
• Manage China talent acquisition projects, such as campus recruiting and MBA internship program;
• Cooperate with HRBP and C&B team to design job deion and offer;
• Keep abreast of recruitment trends to discover innovative ways to reach targeted talent pool;
• Cooperate with Internal Communication team to build up employer brand.
Qualification
• University Degree +
• 2+ Years Staffing Experience
• HR consulting background is a big plus
• Strong Team Spirit, Customer Obsessed
