At corporate level, oversees organizational Environmental, Health and Safety compliance with local, provincial and state EHS regulations, as well as and customers’ requirements.
Ensures that environmental policy and procedures are available and accessible at all times across the company.
Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps update of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization.
Ensures improvement projects are completed on time and within budget.
Creates and establish EHS strategies and specific objectives at corporate level and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the to achieving these objectives.
Responsible for the companys EHS risk assessment/management and crisis assessment/management, and drives the companys strategies in Emergency Response plans and Business Continuity plans;
EHS management of contractors and suppliers;
Establish communication and coordination with local EHS departments/authorities, as well as industrial health and other departments to ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations and address the concerns of local government regulatory bodies.
Bachelors degree or above in safety, civil engineering, or related disciplines.
At least of 5+ years of work experience in similar position.
In-Depth knowledge of EHS and solid track record in managing EHS functions within a large organization
Ability in EHS management planning and execution, as well as EHS internal and external audit experience;
Good command of Chinese and English.
