职位描述及要求
Job Description:
- Order management
Order entry and maintenance, make sure customer purchase order is managed properly. Customer demand is reflected correctly and accuracy.
- Shipment management
Proactive action to secure on time delivery, shipment expedite and relay shipping information to customer. Handle and manage all special shipping requests.
- Logistics Program management
Coordinate with Logistics team for all kinds of logistics program. Manage consumption order and VMI replenishment shipment.
- Payment management
Coordinate with Finance team for payment expediting and credit/debit note handling
- Customer database maintain
- Daily interface with internal or external to meet customer needs (Phone, email, customer web)
- Closely work with Sales team to help sales achieve revenue goal
Requirements
- High-disciplined and self-motivated.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work, able to work effectively and accurately.
- Good communication skill and problem solving capability.
- Team-work spirit
- Taking ownership and willing to take challenge.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Education
- Strong command of English language – oral and written.
- Familiar to use MS office software.
- Working knowledge of MRP and/or SAP will be added advantage.
- Familiar with SMI/VMI program will be added advantage.
- Good data intelligence capability will be added advantage.
- Bachelor or above degree.
