岗位职责
      Job Deion
      
      - Take charge of order processing, shipment followed up with timely communication of factories and vendors.
      负责跟进订单、船期，及时与工厂及供应商联系
      
      - Build up an effective interaction with internal departments, coordinate and update the order process with different parties.
      与内部以及客户保持良好的沟通，协调、跟进订单情况，更新订单信息
      
      - Lead the management part of inspection occasion.
      及时通知、安排质检操作
      
      - Related documents factory invoice for example verification and handling.
      相关票据如工厂发票的核对和归档处理
      
      - Work with internal department to get competitive quotation from vendors/factories.
      与内部部门协作，拿到有竞争力的工厂报价
      
      - Responsible for system update, reports preparation includes production reports, shipment reports, etc.
      负责更新、维护订单系统，制作相关生产、船期等报表
      任职资格
      Job Requirements
      
      - College degree or above qualifications with major related to international trade, logistics, supply chain management etc
      大专以上学历，国际贸易、物流、供应链管理等相关专业
      
      - Min. 3 years or above trading/shipping experience in trading industry. Experience gained in major buying offices/ agents and with exposure in DI shipments for International markets will be a plus.
      3年以上国际贸易或船务跟单工作经验。有大型采购办事处/代理商工作经验，有国际市场DI出货经验者优先
      
      - Experienced in International shipment, full container/LCL for different products.
      有国际运输经验，对不同的产品有整箱/拼箱经验。
      
      - Well-organized, detail-minded and a problem solver.
      工作有条理，注重细节，善于解决问题。
      
      - Good command in both spoken English with good communication, hands on experience in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
      良好的英语口语表达能力，良好的沟通能力，熟练使用Word, Excel, PPT和Outlook
      
      - Willing to work overtime if necessary.
      若工作需要，愿意加班完成项目
