- Design user journey and implement on Tmall channel
- Drive qualitative and quantitative studies to define a "conversion rate optimization" strategy.
- Partner with internal stakeholders design, category/commercial leaders, analysts… to implement your detailed recommendations.
- Build testing plan, execute A/B or multivariate tests accordingly, and conduct in-depth analysis of the results.
- Bench good practices and innovative trends on the market.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in similar position
-Strong analytical, data-driven and creative problem-solving skills
-Excellent oral and written communication skills are required
-Good ability of multi-task management on massive workload
-Good ability of speaking and writing in English
