      Job Responsibilities 岗位职责
      
      1. Responsible for product development, price negotiation and quote preparation for wood toys and sundries product
      负责木制玩具和其他木制品类产品的产品开发，询价议价和价格谈判产品开发，报价准备及价格谈判
      2. Teamwork with merchandisers, engineers, peers to satisfy client’s requests, and build positive client relationship
      与采购员、工程师及其他同事一起紧密合作，满足客户的需求，维护健康向上的客户关系
      3. Monitor and manage third-party laboratories, suppliers, factories during the production process to ensure smooth and consistent service delivery
      在生产过程中监督及管理第三方实验室、供应商及工厂，确保订单顺利完成
      4. Cooperate with internal & external parties, to drive new product development, and suggest efficiency and cost optimization initiatives
      与公司内部及外部同事紧密合作，为新产品开发提供及时有效及成本最优的方案
      任职资格
      Job Requirements 岗位要求
      
      1. College or above qualification
      大专或以上学历
      2. 5 years solid working experience or above in product development and merchandising field. Product knowledge and background on wood toys and sundries product will be preferable
      五年或以上外贸行业/采购领域的产品开发经验,具有木制玩具和其他木制品类产品开发经验者优先考虑
      3. Candidates who have sufficient experience on manufacturing wood toys and sundries are highly preferred.
      具备木制玩具和其他木制品的产品制造经验者优先考虑
      4. Experience in major buying offices/agents or manufacturing & familiar with US & European market trend and standard required.
      熟悉美国或欧洲市场的趋势及标准，有在采购行/贸易行或工厂的工作经验。
      5. Good communication skills with fluent English in both written and spoken & Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Outlook, etc
      英语听说读写流利，熟悉Word, Excel及Outlook等办公软件
      6. Energetic, self-motivated, result-oriented, independent, a problem solver and team player
      积极有活力，以结果为导向，能独立解决问题，有团队精神
      7. Frequent travel required
      能适应经常性的出差
