职位描述及要求

1、Support HR’s daily work in Shanghai, especially in C&B functions 辅助人力资源主管的日常事务，特别薪资福利模块。
      
      
      2、Responsible forissuing，summarizing, updating ,collecting and filling HR relevant data in an accurate and timely manner. 负责高效且正确的出具，汇总，更新，收集，存档HR相关的数据和材料。
      
      3、Responsible for contacting with HR vendors to help employees figure out their problems on Social Insurance, housing fund and Commercial insurance. 负责与人力资源服务代理商进行联系，帮助解决员工关于社保，住房公积金，商业保险以及员工档案方面的问题。
      
      
      Requirement
      1、Undergraduate student, Bachelor or above. 本科及以上大学在校生
      
      2、Strong passion in HR field, strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills. 对HR工作有热情，有较强的责任心，较好的沟通能力.
      
      3、Good English skills in writing, CET-4or above. 良好的英文读写能力，英文4级以上.
      
      4、2-3working days per week is preferred, more than 4 months internship is required. 每周至少出勤两到三天，需要连续实习4个月以上。
