职位描述及要求
Accountability:
With Focus on supporting customer service teams and customers in global various locations, you are responsible for carrying out day-to-day duties with following objectives:
1. To provide routine system support for internal and external users
2. To assist in data capturing for documentation purpose
3. To monitor data quality and help to improve data integrity
4. To assist in system implementation of defined customer service processes
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree, preferable major in business, international trade, logistic;
2. Proactive, patient, prudent with strong logical and analytical thinking
3. Good communication skills; good spoken and written English
4. Competency in Windows/Office application software;
Remark: can accept working in shift turn (2:30pm~11:30pm; 11:30pm~7:30am), about 1.5 months one time.
